DG Twin has always invested its resources in outreach activities and empowerment programs aimed at women and girls, encouraging the learning of STEM disciplines and thus promoting economic growth and social development. The UNI/PdR 125:2022 Standard, known as "Guidelines on the management system for gender equality", is a fundamental step towards promoting gender equality in the work environment. The certification, which we were sought to obtain as a priority, demonstrates our commitment to creating a corporate culture based on female empowerment, aiming at a future that is respectful, inclusive, and fully aligned with the SDG 5 of the UN 2030 Agenda. The same rights and job opportunities should be guaranteed to women as they are to men, in order to make discrimination, abuse, and cultural distortions regarding gender a faint memory of the past.
